Situated within the Orange Orchards of Clermont and less than 15 minutes from Orlando and Disney World, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Magic kingdom and Epcot Centre.

There are many attractions to visit apart from Disney. Daytona beach & Cape Canaveral on the East coast is only 45 Minutes away. See also miles of brilliant white sand with the amazing Clearwater Bay beach on the West coast. Try hiring an airboat on one of the creeks & spot the Crocs!

A little about the Villa

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The two master bedrooms have en-suite and open directly out on to the pool and Jacuzzi area. Most bedrooms also benefit from a TV and fitted wardrobes. The villa has two dining areas and a large open plan lounge area (the large sofa being a double sofa-bed if additional sleeping is required).

The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, hob, Larder Size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee maker and a good range of crockery, cutlery, pots & pans etc. The washer/dryer is in a separate room.

This exclusive villa located on the 5 star winning estate of Orange Tree has its own pool & Jacuzzi & backs onto a conservation area of grass and woodlands, the pool area being very private. The villa is very well equipped with all modern conveniences to accommodate 10-12 people, including washer and dryer, TV, DVD, linen, towels and full air conditioning. The villa has a front garden and drive which leads to a double garage.
