A little about the Villa
The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (See Floor Plan). The two master bedrooms have en-suite and open directly out on to the pool and Jacuzzi area. There is also a Double room. The other two rooms have twin beds in them for children.Most bedrooms also benefit from a TV and fitted wardrobes. The villa has two dining areas and a large open plan lounge area (the large sofa being a double sofa-bed if additional sleeping is required).
The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, hob, Larder Size fridge/freezer and ice maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee maker and a good range of crockery, cutlery, pots & pans etc. The washer/dryer is in a separate room.
This exclusive villa located on the 5 star winning estate of Orange Tree has its own pool & Jacuzzi & backs onto a conservation area of grass and woodlands, the pool area being very private. The villa is very well equipped with all modern conveniences to accommodate 10-12 people, including washer and dryer, TV, DVD, linen, towels and full air conditioning. The villa has a front garden and drive which leads to a double garage.
