About us and who we are..
The property is jointly owned by Ron and Gordon Arthurs. We are two brothers who are Semi Retired. We both live in Devon, England. Gordon has his own Upholstery Business of 20 years and Ron works for a local Conservatory company based near Exeter. We are both very particular about the type of holiday we enjoy and the type of property we stay at. We are both expect high standards and common sense and you will see this attitude reflected in the standard of upkeep of the property.
Ron has been visiting florida with his children and grand children for over 25 years and has witnessed the growth in tourism within the proximity of Disney World. Gordon made first journey to florida in March 2004 with his family. He was so impressed that along with Ron they agreed to purchase a Villa. By the end of the two week vacation, they agreed on this property and the sale completed later that year.
